What are the benefits of coaching?
The benefits of Life Coaching are having someone that is solely dedicated to you and the achievement of your goals. Coaches are non-judgmental, supportive, encouraging, and motivating. They help you get to the cause of your issue and keep you focused on where you want to be and moving forward in the right direction.
What is the difference between therapy and coaching?
Therapy is recommended if you want to heal from a traumatic event or get help with a mental health concern. Life coaching would be beneficial if you need help getting “unstuck” or realizing your full potential.
How often would we coach?
Coaching is most helpful when done once a week. Meeting once a week offers time for reflection and application of learning between sessions while maintaining the momentum of our work together.
Where does the coaching take place?
Coaching sessions are done through Zoom video conferencing. When coaching, please make sure you are in a quiet and private environment, free from distractions. Recording each session is optional if you’d like to replay and listen to the session again.
What will I have to do?
You need to be totally open, trusting, and honest within the coaching relationship. You need to have the time and commitment to complete the actions that you will set for yourself at the end of each session. These actions are what will move you closer to your overall goal. Ultimately, your level of commitment will directly influence the speed and extent to which your goals will be realized.
